Type any word. Every place it appears in the hidden article lights up. Keep going until you can read the title. That's the whole game.
how it works / differences from pedantix
Every word of a real Wikipedia article is replaced by a grey block the width of the word. You guess words; each guess reveals all occurrences of that word in the page, title included. You win when the title is fully readable.
Colours: white = exact match ·
amber = near match (same root, e.g.
build → building) ·
purple = revealed by a hint ·
teal = a word of the title.
No word2vec. Pedantix scores how semantically close a wrong guess was, using a server-side embedding model. This page has no server — it talks straight to the Wikipedia API from your browser. So instead of proximity scores you get a hint budget, difficulty tiers, unlimited replays and a clock. Everything else is the same idea.
Articles are pulled live from Wikipedia, so no two runs of endless feel the same.
Nothing leaves your browser; stats live in localStorage.
